CSM

CSM is the acronym for Command and Service Module used in the Apollo Project. This term is used when the Command Module/CM and Service Module are in joint configuration. The below diagram (Modified from the Skylab Write up by Hooverdirt) shows what I mean:

	         Command Module

The CSM was also used in all three manned missions to the Skylab and one was used in the Apollo-Soyuz test project. Apollo-Soyuz was the last time America had a splashdown with a Command Module.
