severe computer
attacks that may in the
future be perpetrated by an
evil individual,
terrorist organization, or
country. A
cyberterrorist might cripple
network,
finance, and
power infrastructure, and who knows what else.
Based on the idea that nobody will dare go up against the USA's military, but they may well exploit weaknesses in "cyberspace" to wreak havoc.
