Egg mayo is a delicious and simple to make sandwich filling, which is unfortunately apallingly unhealthy. Some wierdos advocate adding impurities such as ketchup and worcestershire sauce. They are wrong.

Ingredients Instructions
  1. Hardboil the eggs (10 minutes in boiling water)
  2. Peel the eggs, and put them, and the mayo, in a bowl. Mix with a fork
  3. Serve in a sandwich or baked potato
This keeps for a couple of days in the fridge.
