A fat free non dairy whipped topping that resembles real whipped cream only vaguely in color and in texture. In theory, no cow passed near this product during conception except to form sodium caseinate which I don't want to know what that is. When mixed with jello or pudding, fat free Cool Whip ostensibly makes it creamier, although I do believe a new adjective must be invented since there is no real cream involved. Whippier, perhaps?

Contains water, corn syrup, hydrogented vegetable oil which adds a negligible amount of fat, high fructose corn syrup, natural and artificial flavor, modified food starch, sodium caseinate ( a milk derivative), xanthan and guar gums, polysorbate 60, polysorbate 65, sorbitan monostearate, sodium hydroxide and beta carotene for color, which I really don't understand.

This, by the by, is considered healthier than cream and sugar.
