A pattern used in men's suits, formed of broken or jagged checks, using two or more interwoven yarns. The suit will seem from a middle distance to have a slightly jagged grid pattern. Traditionally found in black and cream, but available in more subdued or striking combinations. Often worked in a material such as wool or cashmere.
