The hurricane glass is a container for mixed drinks such as it's kin, the Hurricane, and others. The glass itself is vaguely like an elongated tulip shape, much like a flared-mouth wine glass, though the bowl if the hurricane takes up the majority of the glass with the stem being short and think -- it gets it's name from being shaped much like the chimney of a hurricane lamp.
