Some times you can't rely on your starter motor to get your car going. It might be dead or your battery might be dead.

Here's what you do:

  1. Put car in neutral.
  2. Push it until it is going fast.
  3. This is really just one step, you should be able to do it in under two seconds:

    1. Jump in the car.
    2. Smash down the clutch.
    3. Throw it into first (or reverse if you are pushing the car backwards).
    4. Turn the key to the start position.
    5. Push the gas down about 1/2 way and pop the clutch.

If you pull it off (it's tricky) you should have a nice, running car.
