A lactophile is a milk lover. Canada's Food Guide recommends approximately 2-4 servings of dairy products per day, depending on your age, gender, and whether or not you are pregnant or a nursing mother. So if you generally consume more than 8 servings of milk per day (250 mL or 1 cup of milk is one serving), you could be considered a lactophile.
