It happens to me almost every night. It could be the cold air, it could be evidence of how tired I am at the end of the day, or it could be nothing; maybe everyone experiences this.

After a certain hour of the night, everything I hear or see gets numbed by my mind. Speech becomes hard to understand and I can't seem to find the strength to answer back to whoever is talking.

I try to go to bed as soon as I can to get away from this feeling. When I wake up in the morning I am one with myself again, but right now I just can't consider myself completely conscious.

I don't think anything is wrong with me; I mean, everybody's different. I don't trust symptom lists that tell you all the possible diseases you might have. I think it's just easier to say, "It's nothing."

If when I wake up I feel fine, then it's probably because my body is drained. My school days are a bit longer than other people's, but I'm not complaining. I don't feel this way on the weekends...

Writing things out really helps me think.
