The time of day, usually around 1300-1400 hrs (local time), when people work Real Jobs realize that they should have gotten more sleep the night before.
This phenomenon is often associated with the tradition of the siesta, but in geek culture and geek-friendly companies, nap time tends to inspire building layout changes in the form of nap rooms or crash space.

"Current zoning laws prohibit you actually living at work. The management is working on pushing through a re-zoning request that would alleviate this inconvenience.
