An application that is usually linked by a shortcut on the desktop, it's a simple text editor that is very popular among e2's Windows users.

An extremely inconspicuous app, many users find that composing nodes with a text editor is easier, since (important!) the browser window can be used to check that your hard links are valid   everyone does this, right?   , even more so when working on several nodes at once.

(unfortunately, Nodepad has no find & replace function or handy CTRL keys) so use something else.
