A small electric device used to trim those pesky nose hairs that tend to collect various debris and contribute to that horribly annoying whistling noise that some people make when they breathe through their noses. The trimmer has a small conical tip which consists of perforated foil grille beneath which spins a sharp blade. When you shove this puppy into one of your nostrils, the hairs slip into the openings in the grille and promptly cease to be your problem anymore (at least, not until they grow back). Much more convenient than tweezers or fingertips, and a lot less painful.
