A logical fallacy where the arguer manipulates the terms used so that the counterargument (or counterarguer) appears bad or evil, and that the argument and those who agree are morally superior.

Example: "The President claims he never had sexual relations with that woman." The word 'claims' implies he's lying. (sorry, couldn't pass it up)
Example: Look at any argument on abortion. "pro-choice" vs "pro-life", each label implying the other is anti-choice or anti-life.

To prove, identify the loaded terms and show that the assumptions behind them are not necessarily true.
