This is also a game. It provides practice against the devaluation of words in that you use words which have little impact on their own, to create a whole that is quite "intersting". It works best with two players, BOTH OF WHOM SHOULD KNOW THAT IT IS A GAME. No one wins this game unless the other concedes defeat. The point of the game is to enjoy it, rather than to win. Ok, here's a sample game (between Arnie and Beth):

Arnie: Beth, did I ever mention that your left hand's fourth finger closely resembles the gonad of a syphillis-infected dying elephant?
Beth: The gonad of a syphillis-infected dying elephant? My left hand's fourth finger! Arnie, has anyone ever told you that your right foot is amazingly similar to the gap left in one's face after a pirranha has chewed off one's nose, soaked in tar and then painted with bird doo-doo?
Arnie: The gap left in one's face after a pirranha has chewed off one's nose, soaked in tar and painted with bird doo-doo? My foot! Beth, did you know that your ear is quite like a pigeon's tongue after a week of decay?
Beth: A pigeon's tongue after a week of decay? My ear! Arnie, did I ever mention that your way of writing the letter G makes it look like a senile old gentleman's pinky finger covered in the excrement of wild monkeys?

and so on...
