This is an important bit of information. Semen, can take on a range of colours, from pearl white, to nearly transparent/translucent. It can also have tints of brown, like iced-tea or tones of red or pink. The reason for this node is to put to rest some serious worries many may possess if "your colour" is a bit off. No worries. Unless the colour stays an odd colour for extended periods of time, or has solid traces of blood in it, you are essentially okay. Don't feel like you have an STD or that you are somehow broken/damaged/injured.

From personal experience the color of a man's semen can be very very important in a diagnosis if he is good to sleep with. I had contracted a case of Chlamydia (clap on) when I was still in high school. While I was still trying to hide this from my parents it got worse. One of the first symptoms (besides painful urination) was that my semen turned an awful yellow-green color. So please, watch out for those warning signs of the steady drip drip drip of gonorrhea.
