Another adulterated bovine milk product. Basically skim milk (fat free) with added calcium and Vit. A & D.

There are 500 mg calcium per serving vs. the 300 in whole milk..

Also contains cellulose gel, carrageenan, "natural cream flavor" and "color added". The added calcium is in the form of calcium carbonate (same stuff that is in TUMS).

Yes, I'm using it, despite the good advice of Dr. Oski in Don't Drink Your Milk - see milk. It doesn't have the watery look of regular skim milk and tastes a bit "richer". My diet doesn't contain enough calcium to meet my RDAs otherwise and I'm too lazy and deeply habituated to change as I should.

PS - "Shake well" before using.
