Apocryphal phrase spoken by armed assailants to their victims, the intent being to have the victims hands in sight and away from their pockets. However, this position requires that the robbers themselves remove the loot (wallets, billfolds, jewelry) from their victims. Easy enough if the victim is a man who keeps his money in the inner breast pocket of his jacket or if a woman has a handbag or purse carried on one shoulder. But in the event that the victim has their valuables in the pocket of their pants, it's going to be very difficult to remove said valuables without assistance from the victim. A more efficient phrase might be "Give me all your money or I'll blow your brains out."
