I went into the strawberry field, red
leaves appear on that page
of the book, chapter 3,
bankruptcy.
In the temple,
her and I, the ceiling
we watched twisted its arches
while the sky, opal
saw my face
in the night time reflection, and pictured
her in front of me. Everything
too was falling into
its place. Dancing
in the great mirror, once
the custodian
walked there, ivy lit a fire
across the walls, lasted for centuries,
strange vision when the sun
came through.
