Quake: Weapons

Officially known as the double-barrelled shotgun, although the super shotgun still offers little compared to the popular weapons, it nevertheless offers an impresive improvement over the shotgun in terms of damage dealt. Although once again of little significance in the games of raw deathmatch, it is important in the strategic game.

Among the sharpshooters it is more popular than the nailgun, especially at close range.

Abbreviation: SSG.
Projectile: 14 bullets spread over an angle of 0.14 radians horizontally and 0.08 vertically.
Damage: 4 damage per bullet for maximum of 66 damage per shot.
Reload: 0.7 seconds
Velocity: Instantaneous (hitscan).
