The group formed by the remaining members of Talking Heads, after David Byrne left the group. (The Heads being made up of Chris Frantz, Tina Weymouth, and Jerry Harrison). They basically just do the production, and a guest singer actually writes the lyrics and does the singing. Their first (and so far only?) album was "No Talking Just Heads", released in 1996.
