Faith: "the evidence of things unseen, the substance of things hoped for". One is free to not have faith, and free to rant based on one's lack (or loss) of it. I'm told that "faith" really translates as "faithing" - to spiritually cling to those things-that-are-not as though they were. There's no time limit: one can bail out of faithing at any time, but the bailage shouldn't imply that those unseen things are unthings.

God doesn't dance to our tune.

How are your faithing muscles?
