Five ball juggling with two adjacent spaces.

The preceding statement makes no sense to the people who most need to understand it. This is a problem, but a longer explanation should remedy it.

Hold three balls in your dominant hand. Throw them to your non-dominant hand. As they land in your left (sic, shorter) hand, throw them immediately back to your right. Neither hand should be holding a ball at the same time that the other hand is holding a ball. And so on. The balls cycle through a five ball pattern.

Problems with a three ball chase are what is wrong with your five ball pattern. If the balls are colliding, you need to work on your aim. If you don't have enough time, you need to throw higher.

Good luck.
