A term used to describe a space containing three dimensions, such as the world we live in (provided we consider only spatial dimensions and not time; otherwise this is four space)

Another common name for three space is R3.

This is most commonly employed in comparison - a line that exists in two dimensions would be "a line in R2" (regular Cartesian co-ordinates), whereas "line in R3" would be a line that exists in three space.
