Incredible surf-tinged girl garage band on K Records, produced what could conceivably be the Best Album Of All Time with their debut (and only) LP Tiger Trap. Like Pet Sounds, every song on it is a perfectly formed nugget of pop magic.

Got their name from a Calvin and Hobbes strip.

Also, of course, a trap designed with a tiger in mind. Usually a deep hole in the ground, covered with strips of bamboo and leaves. It may or may not have sharpened sticks on which to impale oneself.
