Victicrat is a term used by Larry Elder which describes a person who essentially makes a job or full time hobby out of calling attention to victimization. He normally uses this term to refer to black leaders and the current civil rights movement, which, he claims, struggles to convince people that racism is still the principle obstacle black people need to overcome, when crime, illegitimacy, and anti-intellectualism are the real problems.
