税金泥棒

Zeikin dorobĂ´, literally "tax thief," is a derogatory Japanese expression for all those superfluous cops, parking attendants, clerks, bureaucrats, and other alleged "public servants" who sit around all day doing nothing because they really aren't needed for any useful task other than to fill quotas, use up budgets, and make corporations or the government look like they care.
