The
period that followed the
industrial revolution. The
merging of the
highly
accelerated
mechanical technology and the new
capabilities of
electric technology allowed for
mass production as never seen before in
history.
Automation
tends towards
self-
liquidation. As the
conception of
products becomes
farther removed from the actual
manufacture, products become
cheaper and more
configurable. The
ultimate end of automation is an "
economy" in which the
thought of an
item is
synonymous with it's
fabrication. We are still
progressing
thru automation, and we've almost reached that
point.
N. B.: this think-into-reality existence will only be available to the rich, like us.. the tasks that can not be filled by machines will be filled by labourers and there will be a notable difference in class.. already kids live in a world where their dumb webpage produces real money.. crazy.
