An old proverb I stumbled across in my Spanish textbook, which, when I think about it, says a lot about nostalgia and cynics who think everything these days sucks. While I admit a lot of things these days suck, just remember the good old days weren't always so good. Do you realize those were the good old days before racial integregation, women's rights, and the Internet? Without the Internet, we wouldn't be here right now, would we? Maybe instead of focussing on the good in the past, you should do that now.
