'Microscopic Liquid Subway to Oblivion' is an
Italian film from 1970, directed by
Roberto Loyola (aka '
John Shadow'). It starred
Carlo De Mejo,
Alex Rebar and
Ewa Aulin. There isn't really a plot, as such -
De Mejo's character tries to cure
Rebar's character of a heroin addiction, but it all goes wrong and there are bikers and burning effegies and... it was the early-70s, okay? Its sole point of lasting interest is the name.
Ewa Aulin was born in 1950 and was in the semi-famous 'Candy' in 1968 (a film starring Richard Burton, James Coburn, Marlon Brando, Ringo Starr, Walter Matthau, John Huston, Sugar Ray Robinson *and* Anita Pallenberg!). Alex Rebar directed the 1980 'video nasty' 'Demented', Loyola did not, whilst De Mejo was in the 1982 'women in prison' exploitation film 'Violenza in un carcere femminile', aka 'Chicks in Chains', aka 'Emmanuelle Reports from a Women's Prison', aka 'Emmanuelle in Hell', aka 'Women's Penitentiary 4' aka "Violence in a woman's prison".
