New Albany is an older town near Columbus (Ohio), which once very coloquial and argricultural was quickly transformed when a billionaire took residents there. It is now home to the Trinity Corp. main headquarters, and has strict building codes among other things. The newfound interest in the area has led to sky-rocketing prices on taxes and homes. Still, New Albany is a very nice area, and crime rates are very low. Georgian style homes among equestrian atmosphere makes it a top pick among Ohio areas.
