The
state of being that emerges after being told that the project you finished which was based upon
open source software, and which everyone loves ten times more
than what it would have replaced, which also cost next to zero dollars to implement..........will NOT BE FUNDED because none of the shmuck bean counters understand what open
source is all about and are all afraid of the "
legal ramifications" of using said software.
Aaaarrrgghhhh !!! I guess I should have chosen the one with the $10,000 a year licensing
fees and no
source code.
