A small-ish sized city in Fort Bend County, Texas, near Houston. Imperial Sugar Cane is turned in to a variety of Sugar products here at the Imperial Sugar Mill. You can find the Sugar made from here in quite a few places, such as packs of Imperial Sugar, and in Dublin Dr Pepper.
This is also a pretty decent place to live too.
