Chigwell is a small (51,575 people)
London suburb in
Essex in southeast
England. I can't find too much in the way of information other than the Chigwell Public school that was founded in 1629 and that it is home to
St. Mary's Church, which is even older (back from
Norman times).
Charles Dickens did mention Chigwell once, when he wrote
"Chigwell is the greatest place in the world ... such an out of the way rural place."
I'm not sure if that's the case today as I've never been there, I just saw this empty
nodeshell and decided to fill it.
