A phrase that is generally used to indicate a mild
indifference to a
statement of intent of another, along the lines of "
go right ahead, I don't mind, I certainly won't try to stop you."
It can also be something you do if you accidentally hit your head on a door frame or anything reasonably solid. Not recommended.
