Emperor Zog

Okey-dokey... My real name is Matt, but someone else had the nerve to be named "Matt" before I was. So, naturally, the first name that popped into my head was "Emperor Zog". I am technically astute and I am fascinated by computers, but I lack the ne.cessary social
maladjustment to be labeled a true geek. I love science fiction but hate Star Trek. Favorite books include "The Diamond Age", the Uplift series, the Chung Kuo series, LOTR, and just about anything by Terry Pratchett.
I run Linux at home (.((of course). I love to read and to write and to speak. When I get to college, I plan to study communications/creative writing/literature and computer science/animation. I think /. rocks, but I really cringe whenever any mention is made of GTK or QT or. KDE or Gnome etc. because of the inevitable shouting match. I have no web page (shucks!) and I get my Internet service for free via a VT-100 terminal connection to the local library. Oh, yes, and I actually like Lynx.
