The kid on
Arthur who got held back one grade. He's big and
strong and is sometimes a
bully but he's still
friends with
Arthur and the
gang.
Binky pretends to be tough and is the leader of The Tough Customers but in reality has never beaten a kid up and likes non-tough stuff and he even reads books from time to time. He also plays the Clarinet.
His voice is done by Bruce Dinsmore.
