Phrase used to give the
impression that the
speaker is particularly
unhappy with something that has happened.
Example:
He had two things on his list that he had to do before tonight. He's known about them for a week. And they were just phone calls! Now Let's talk about that. He can't even make two simple phone calls in a week. This is going to be a really long semester.
This phrase is possibly only used in this manner in and around the University of Iowa.
