Morrow County, Oregon is a county located in Eastern Oregon. It has an area of around 2000 square miles, and a population of around 12,000 people. The northern border of the county is the Columbia River, and Interstate 84 passes through the county. The county is divided into two parts: the interior part of the county, centered around the county seat of Heppner, Oregon, is traditionally a dryland wheat growing region, while the northern part of the county, along I-84, is part of the Pendleton and Umatilla region, and grows vegetables. Before the construction of I-84, the county's population was centered inland, but now the northern part of the county has grown in population. Much of this is due to the arrival of Latino immigrants, and Morrow County has Oregon's lowest percentage of non-Hispanic whites, at around 60% of the county's population.

Morrow County, Oregon is also home to a chemical weapon storage depot, and an improbable soda machine.
