Do you find that a little depressing? Well that was my dark time. I've had two babies. One was just adopted. I believed then and still do believe that it was the best choice for all involved buteveryday is a fight not to begin that downward slide that will lead me to parts of myself that I just don't want to experiance again. Distraction is the key.
