Mr Garrison must rank as one of
South Park's greatest characters. It's never made clear whether he's
gay (something he denies, but COME ON! Look at the guy!), a
paedophile or simply a camp-as-fuck
heterosexual.
"Mr Garrison! What are you doing down here in the sewers?"
