A pitch shifter for guitar created by Digitech. Its major selling point is that it comes fitted with a pedal like that of a wah wah pedal which allows to player to bend the pitch, often creating quite strange and "synth like" sounds.

Its function is similar to that of the whammy bar on a guitar from which it takes its name but its range is far more extreme, allowing the user to bend their pitch up to 2 octaves above or below what they are currently playing. It also has a slightly digital sound to it, although for some that is part of its charm.
