Okay, it's
colored,
patterned paper that is meant to be used as a
substitute for
paint, usually when you want a more
interesting design on the wall than a
flat coat of
white latex will provide. Wallpaper is applied using a
sticky glue, and it takes a lot of
work to get the whole thing
straight and all the
bubbles squeezed out.
