The Opera browser has come a long way since its creation years ago. These are some of its features par version 11.

As said in other nodes, one of its earliest features is the ability to have tabs as separate tab windows inside the parent, which is quite useful. It also has its own social network, MyOpera. There are several other less obvious features to the browser, such as very simple search engine customization, very easy tab restoration, and automagical form fill out (such as logging into things).
Opera no longer uses ads in the browser.
