This is a
colloquial reference to
infertility in males. It refers to men who have the ability to have
intercourse, but cannot
procreate as such. Their
sperm are dead, or not
motile etc.
Can be used for comic relief when referring to ppl who are unable to contribute anything despite their best efforts, like some noders. *gryn*
