1000 Homo DJs was a collaboration and/or side project by Al Jourgensen of Ministry, Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails, and Jello Biafra formerly of The Dead Kennedys, plus a few others. Trent Reznor had a contract with TVT Records and they didn't like him being on a side project. Jourgensen, who had to stick it to The Man, kept Reznor's vocals on the song Supernaut and just put some distortion on it, making it somewhat un-Reznor-like. Biafra really only helped out with the song Hey Asshole, but was in another side project with Jourgensen called LARD. The band is now defunct.

The only single that anyone would recognize from 1000 Homo DJs is the single Supernaut, which is a cover of a Black Sabbath song. It was released on the Supernaut EP and also is on the 1994 Black Sabbath tribute album called "Nativity In Black."
