A Rasta name for the Lord God Jah, and for His representative on Earth Haile Selassie, Ras Tafari, Rasta Far I, as in the early reggae classic Rivers of Babylon:
Let the words of our mouths
And the meditations of our hearts
Be acceptable in thy sight
O Far I.

This is one of the various distinctively Rastafarian uses of the word I, suggestive of the unity and divinity of all people. See also I and I, and the substitution of I into various words, as in the beginning verse of Small Axe:

Why boasteth thyself, o evil men?
Playing smart, and not being clever
You're working iniquity to achieve vanity
But the goodness of Jah-Jah I-dureth for-I-ver...

Sometimes written Far-I.
