While walking along the variety of places that sell Recycled Books, Records and CDs, Active Surplus, hole in the wall restaurants with outdoor seating, panhandlers, etc. on Queen Street W., we happened upon a bookstore. This was not a used bookstore. But it had a lot of great stuff that interested me, including:

• some Local Publications I picked up in Toronto
• Jack Kerouac
• William S. Burroughs
• Allen Ginsberg
• Charles Bukowski
• Henry Rollins
• Kathy Acker
• Pop Culture
• Native peoples
• Anarchist Cookbook
• Bauhaus (the school)
• eastern philosophy
• Ad Busters
• Counter Culture
• Diane Di Prima
• Karen Finley
• But what really caught my eye was a whole section devoted to small press publications like Black Sparrow Press, Olympia Press and Glover Press. I've never seen this done in a bookstore before.

I know you won't believe this, but they didn't have a single book on business, or money management or how to get rich quick. Nothing along those lines.
