An animal who has multiple stomachs and regurgitates food so it can chew on it more is known as a ruminant. Some examples of ruminants are common cows and goats.

Goats will eat large amounts of plant matter, regurgitate it to physically break it down further, then pass it to the next stomach. If you hang out next to a goat pen, you'll hear them barfing up the chunks to chaw on. It tends to be a rather disgusting noise, and I would suggest you don't let them lick you when they're re-enjoying dinner.
