Skuld is the youngest sister of Belldandy in the anime Oh My Goddess! The original OAV was extended out to two seasons with a lot of background information from the manga. Skuld appears soon after Keiichi wishes for Belldandy to be his girlfriend forever and she is jealous that he's taken her big sister away. She plays the usual spoiled brat who makes a lot of mechanical devices and causes problems for the couple.
Towards the end she starts to develop feelings for Keiichi, especially after she takes a potion and ages up to 21, where she turns into a gorgeous brunette. Alas, Keiichi's heart belongs to Belldandy and Skuld returns to her actual age thanks to her other sister Urd.
This series is surprisingly good, and even though Skuld starts off playing the trope of the spoiled sibling she does actually develop a good character arc. She learns from her mistakes and becomes a bit more mature, especially after she has a taste of being 21 years old.
