Character actor who is most famous for playing loud obnoxious military types (Police Academy, Mannequin, Short Circuit). Also appeared as a recurring character on M*A*S*H, playing Sgt. Rizzo. Probably most recognized as Capt. Harris in the Police Academy movies, although his role in Mannequin has one of the most famous lines IMHO, the one where he finds Andrew McCarthy necking in a tent with the mannequin: "Ooooh, Switcher! You are one sick puppy!"
